2. Data we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, company (optional), email, area of interest, message, and evidence of consent.

To protect the service against abuse, the system temporarily processes the IP address and stores a derived, pseudonymized identifier for rate limiting. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits, pages viewed, traffic source, and contact interactions. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or inquiry content to Analytics, and we do not use advertising profiling on this site.

4. Providers and external services

Infrastructure providers may process data on our behalf to host the site and database. Google provides Analytics and Calendar; WhatsApp provides messaging. These services are governed by their own policies. Contact information is shared with Calendar or WhatsApp only when you choose to open or use those services.

Inquiry data is retained only while necessary to respond, manage a possible business relationship, protect legitimate interests, and meet legal obligations. We apply access controls, input validation, rate limiting, and other reasonable safeguards. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may request access, rectification, updating, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contacto@laring-ai.com. Argentine Law 25,326 provides these rights and allows complaints before the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
